Digital & People Initiative
Objective: Boost employee pride and accelerate internal digitalisation through a creative strategy for activating internal communication channels.
We created the “Digital & People” concept as an emotional and strategic umbrella for Caser’s internal digital transformation. A versatile and human visual identity was developed and deployed across physical activations in offices, digital resources within Microsoft tools (Teams, Yammer, Outlook), and continuous communication campaigns. The initiative fostered participation and ownership at all levels of the organisation.
